Armor WB25: Water-Based High Gloss Wet Look Sealer

The Armor WB25 is a water-based acrylic high gloss sealer formulated to seal, enhance, and protect a variety of exterior concrete and concrete paver surfaces. It penetrates deeply, chemically bonding to the pores, creating a long-lasting, non-yellowing, and breathable finish that revives dull or faded surfaces. Tested and approved as a cure and seal, the Armor WB25 can be applied to new concrete to aid in proper curing.

Key Features and Benefits: - Provides a lasting wet look finish for up to 1-3 years - Won't peel, flake, or yellow due to its breathable, UV-resistant, and non-yellowing properties - Protects against surface abrasion, spills, water absorption, road salts, and weather - Can be applied to new concrete to help with the curing process - Meets ASTM C1315 and ASTM C309 standards

Application and Coverage: - Apply with a 3/8-1/2" nap roller or commercial pump sprayer, using two coats 6-8 hours apart - Apply in the early evening when air and surface temperatures are declining - Coverage: Up to 175 sq ft/gallon on porous surfaces, up to 200-225 sq ft/gallon on smooth surfaces

Versatility and Compatibility: - Designed for use on poured concrete, stamped concrete, aggregate concrete, and concrete pavers - Can be applied over previously sealed water-based acrylic surfaces - Not recommended for use on red clay brick, slate, flagstone, or other natural stone
